Engineers may redesign signals along light-rail line (Minneapolis StarTribune) - Adjustments included revamping the timing of the left- and right-turn arrows on Hwy. 55. Now officials have concluded that all possible changes have been made to the signal equipment, so they'll next turn their attention to shortening the preemption cycle.
