Name that light rail station (Seattle Post-Intelligencer) - King County Councilman Dwight Pelz, who chairs the Sound Transit committee overseeing construction of the 14-mile light rail line, urged the agency to open up the process and ask communities along the line what names they'd like to see on the stations.

A case in point is the current impasse over the purchase of Norfolk Southern’s freight line for use as light rail.
